Should any artwork not meet your expectations, our returns policy is designed with the same elegance and simplicity found in our Dot Paintings.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and protective materials must be intact
  • The artwork must not show signs of handling or installation

Please Note: Due to the custom nature of certain artworks in our Contemporary, Folk Art, and Fantasy collections, these pieces cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. Commissioned works and special orders from our Collections section are also final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your artwork:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide Details including your order number and reason for return (see template below)
  3. Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package Carefully – repack the artwork using all original materials
  5. Ship Back – send via insured carrier (we recommend DHL or FedEx for safety)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your African motif arrived damaged or you received a Gothic piece instead of your Cubism selection:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or incorrect item
  2. We’ll arrange for return shipping at our expense
  3. Choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
