Art Care Tip: Upon arrival, let your artwork acclimate to room temperature for 24 hours before framing or mounting, especially if shipped through varying climates.

- Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days)

Our Springfield-based art specialists process each order in 1-2 business days with meticulous quality checks before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information immediately upon dispatch.
What about customs and import fees?
We include all necessary customs documentation with international shipments. While we can’t control country-specific import fees, we’ve structured our paperwork to facilitate smooth clearance. Delivery estimates don’t include potential customs processing times.
Returns & Exchanges

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the rare event of shipping damage, we’ll replace your art at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the artwork and packaging for fastest resolution.
